Lead deployment, integration, configuration, testing, and maintenance of IAM solutions. Gather requirements, design architectures, provide troubleshooting, training, documentation, and ongoing product support for clients.

Own and grow channel/vendor partnerships to drive revenue and customer acquisition. Identify, onboard, and manage partners; align with sales, marketing, and product teams; analyze partner performance and optimize programs; and expand the partner network while supporting partner enablement and collaboration.

Serve as a strategic technical consultant in pre-sales for Access Management and CIAM. Conduct technical discovery, design IAM architectures, run workshops, support presales demos/POCs, contribute to RFPs/Proposals/SOWs, and align solutions with security frameworks like Zero Trust while collaborating with sales and engineering.
