Supports IFF’s global transfer pricing function by developing policies, financial models, calculations, documentation, and compliance reporting. Collaborates with international tax, finance, and regional teams on tax planning, restructuring, audits, APAs, and competent authority matters. Monitors affiliate profitability, advises stakeholders on transfer pricing risks and regulations, and leads process, controls, and reporting improvements across the organization.

Leads IFF’s global treasury strategy and operations, including capital structure, liquidity, cash management, debt, investments, foreign exchange, risk management, insurance, working capital, banking relationships, governance, and enterprise resilience. Advises the CFO and Board-level stakeholders, leads capital markets and financing activities, strengthens controls and reporting, and develops a global treasury organization through technology and process modernization.

Manage international M&A tax strategies, conduct tax due diligence, evaluate tax impacts, collaborate with key departments, and ensure compliance.
