Supports global consultant and client relationships within the asset management business. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM data, developing consultant content, responding to queries, preparing meeting materials, supporting consultant research, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing operational and project support. Requires financial services or relationship management experience, strong communication and organization skills, investment management knowledge, and familiarity with institutional clients and private markets.

Manage global and U.S. consultant firm relationships, primarily across the Midwest, to strengthen client satisfaction and generate new business. Develop consultant-specific business plans, research and engagement strategies, meeting materials, roadshows, and diligence sessions. Represent IFM with consultants, clients, prospects, and industry leaders. Track activities, market intelligence, and results; maintain CRM accuracy; ensure regulatory compliance; and provide coaching and training to internal teams.

Support the origination, structuring, analysis, execution, and financial close of infrastructure debt investments. Present transactions to investment committees, identify actionable deal opportunities, engage with clients, assist with fundraising, and monitor portfolios in collaboration with Asset Management and internal stakeholders.
