Leads enterprise-wide operational excellence, capital planning, engineering projects, facility upgrades, equipment installations, asset lifecycle strategy, and continuous improvement across a national network of healthcare laundry facilities. Develops ROI-based investment cases, supports plant operations, drives standardization and sustainability, manages cross-functional initiatives, and champions safety. The role requires approximately 50% travel and partnership with senior leadership, Finance, Operations, and Environmental Health & Safety teams.
