Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Chief of Staff, including complex calendar and travel management, board and executive meeting preparation, correspondence, project support, and confidential personal tasks. Prioritize schedules, coordinate meetings, assist with presentations and events, and improve administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.

Leads architecture, engineering, security, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure, cloud, identity, DevOps, data warehouse, MDM, and governed AI platforms. Owns Microsoft 365, Okta, Azure, networking, zero-trust, security operations, disaster recovery, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations. Serves as a senior escalation point, directs vendors and MSPs, leads technical delivery for implementations, and may manage future infrastructure staff.

Leads corporate and commercial IT business systems for a biopharmaceutical company, including ERP, P2P, HCM, CRM, data, BI, and AI capabilities. Owns technology roadmaps, implementations, budgets, vendor partnerships, and stakeholder relationships across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial. Partners with the IT PMO to establish portfolio governance and reporting, supports R&D and GxP systems, and ensures CSV/CSA, security, privacy, and audit readiness.
