Supports medical device territory growth by assisting with sales, account management, customer engagement, product evaluations, and surgical procedures. Educates surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff; manages inventory and case preparation; tracks territory activities and account information; and partners with sales representatives to develop opportunities. The field-based role requires travel throughout Southern Connecticut and shared nights, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Leads technology-focused internal audits and risk advisory engagements involving ITGCs, automated controls, key reports, ERP systems, cloud solutions, and SOX compliance. Assesses control design and effectiveness, identifies risk exposures, develops remediation recommendations, oversees audit workstreams, coaches analysts, prepares audit documentation, and improves audit methodologies and testing approaches.

Supports operating room teams by preparing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and tracking endoscopy equipment, surgical instruments, and disposable products. Provides intraoperative equipment support, facilitates repairs and replacements, wraps sets for sterilization, documents procedures and performance metrics, and educates clinical staff. Requires flexible rotating, on-call, overnight, and weekend coverage, occasional travel, physical stamina, strong problem-solving skills, and adherence to hospital, safety, privacy, and sterilization protocols.
