Own onboarding, KYC/KYB, fraud, disputes/chargebacks, vendor management, risk governance, controls, settlement/reconciliation, reporting, and cross-functional partnership to ensure compliant, scalable, and profitable payments.

Manage product features and roadmaps for pet-health platforms, author product requirement documents and technical specs, scope and manage partner-facing APIs and integrations, coordinate cross-functional delivery, perform market and competitor analysis, and measure product performance working with data engineering.

Owns the end-to-end business development pipeline for new insurance distribution partnerships, including prospecting, qualification, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing. Builds relationships with agencies, brokers, MGAs, affinity groups, and InsurTech platforms; tracks pipeline metrics; collaborates with internal teams to launch partnerships; and represents the company at industry events.
