Manage the full lifecycle of meeting and event bookings, including lead handling, sales, site tours, logistics, room setups, day-of execution, client follow-up, and rebooking. Maintain booking pipelines, vendor relationships, amenity inventory, marketing collateral, revenue tracking, and post-event surveys. Ensure spaces are prepared, resolve issues professionally, support building stakeholders, and deliver consistent hospitality standards.

Leads tenant community programming and building communications, including event calendars, budgets, vendors, tenant app content, signage, newsletters, and engagement reporting. Oversees amenity inventory and presentation, tenant onboarding, relationship-building, sentiment surveys, and service standards. Manages direct reports, supports leasing teams, resolves tenant issues, and develops programs that improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Own the tenant experience for a commercial property by designing events, managing communications, maintaining the tenant app, overseeing amenities, coordinating vendors and supplies, and building strong tenant relationships. The role includes event budgeting and execution, newsletters and signage, onboarding, sentiment surveys, issue resolution, and maintaining hospitality standards. Success is measured through engagement, communication quality, tenant satisfaction, and personalized service.
