Drives revenue growth across a higher education territory by identifying prospects, generating leads, developing customer solutions, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing new and cross-sale commitments. The role manages customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, maintains CRM records, collaborates with internal teams, and achieves sales targets through strategic outreach and market research.

Owns the strategy and roadmap for Infobase’s revenue systems, including AMS, CRM, GreenArrow, ChurnZero, reporting, and AI-enabled tools. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to identify gaps, define requirements, evaluate build-versus-buy options, lead vendor implementations, improve integrations and data governance, and drive user adoption. The role also oversees CRM selection, change management, KPI reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
