Lead pre-sales engineering for major enterprise accounts: build technical differentiation, design solution architectures, deliver demos/POCs, educate partners, identify expansion opportunities, and articulate AI-driven solution value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Owns enterprise solution architecture across applications, AI, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, identity, and security. Develops current- and target-state architectures, capability roadmaps, standards, governance processes, and reusable patterns. Partners with business, engineering, security, data, and delivery teams to guide major initiatives, manage tradeoffs, and ensure conformance. Applies enterprise AI architecture, retrieval-augmented generation, agent workflows, and governed platform integrations to move concepts into production-ready solutions.

Own recurring equity accounting, reporting, technical accounting analyses, award modifications, fair value assessments, and audit support under U.S. GAAP. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, IT, valuation specialists, and auditors. Lead the implementation of an equity accounting platform, including data migration, controls, documentation, testing, training, and process improvements.
