Build and lead Inovalon’s third-party data governance program, including data asset inventory, licensing controls, contractual rights management, data intake and release governance, audit readiness, compliance monitoring, and KPI reporting. Partner with Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and business leaders to manage data usage, renewals, access revocation, disposition, and downstream obligations. Develop a governance team while applying expertise in healthcare data, HIPAA, de-identification, and data licensing.

Leads technical pre-sales activities for healthcare data and technology solutions. Develops technical proposals, presentations, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, and customized solution designs. Partners with sales and business solutions teams to support revenue growth, retention, and quotas. Advises clients on product functionality, integration, usage, and strategic fit while building executive relationships. Serves as a regional technical resource, mentor, and escalation point, occasionally supporting post-sales needs.

Leads and develops an AI engineering team while owning end-to-end delivery of secure, scalable production AI systems. Guides architecture across classical ML, LLMs, RAG, document AI, and agentic workflows; balances accuracy, cost, reliability, and safety. Partners with Product, Security, Legal, Compliance, and executives to ensure regulatory readiness, explainability, bias monitoring, and measurable business outcomes. The role remains hands-on through technical reviews, prototypes, and complex problem solving.
