Partner with executives and People teams, manage a small team and vendors, and drive adoption and continuous improvement to improve organizational capability and business outcomes.

Lead enterprise-wide process discovery, documentation, optimization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation. Design process controls and governance, build business cases, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption and measurable operational improvements.

Leads enterprise FP&A process improvement, consolidation, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting across multiple business units. Partners with the CFO and VP of FP&A on board, investor, lender, and QBR materials. Drives standardization, cross-functional strategic projects, reporting consistency, change adoption, and data accuracy while influencing teams without formal authority.
