Leads treasury and tax for a global 350-plus bakery organization. Owns 13-week cash forecasting, daily liquidity, banking administration, receipts reconciliation, lender relationships, debt and covenant management, fraud controls, and capital structure support. Builds and manages partnership, federal, state, local, sales and use, property, and international tax processes. Oversees advisors, audits, compliance calendars, tax planning, and automation while partnering with the CFO and operational leaders.

Maintains Asana project plans, integrated calendars, timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, approvals, dashboards, and post-mortems. Provides administrative, legal research, document management, contract coordination, deadline tracking, inbox triage, and project oversight for an in-house legal team. Supports contracts, real estate, employment law, compliance, investigations, disputes, litigation, transactions, and communications with external counsel. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, confidentiality, follow-through, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-signature platforms.

Leads full-cycle recruiting for corporate and bakery network positions. Partners with operations and functional leaders on workforce planning, develops sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, manages recruiting workflows and ATS data, tracks hiring metrics, drives recruiting campaigns and events, supports employer branding, delivers strong candidate experiences, and ensures compliant, consistent hiring processes.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; build and maintain financial models; partner with business leaders to analyze performance, identify risks/opportunities, and present actionable recommendations; prepare reports, dashboards, variance analyses, and executive materials; automate reporting and improve planning processes.

Leads enterprise-wide sourcing, procurement, supplier management, logistics partnerships, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply chain transformation. Defines performance metrics, reporting, dashboards, and scalable processes while partnering with Finance and executive leaders. Oversees negotiations, contracts, RFPs, supplier accountability, supply assurance, and working capital efficiency. Owns capital expenditure, fixed-asset, repairs and maintenance, software capitalization, and lease accounting for the bakery real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include tracking new bakery openings, capitalizing build-out costs, reporting spending against budgets, managing lease transactions in CoStar, and maintaining ASC 842 compliance. The role also develops accounting processes, supports financial reporting, and collaborates with stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Owns accounting for bakery locations, including P&L, inventory, cost of goods sold, labor, utilities, waste, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Leads multi-unit month-end close, ensures general ledger integrity under U.S. GAAP, and improves accounting processes and scalability. Partners with operations, finance, payroll, and project teams to support financial decisions and new bakery openings.
