Leads treasury and tax for a global 350-plus bakery organization. Owns 13-week cash forecasting, daily liquidity, banking administration, receipts reconciliation, lender relationships, debt and covenant management, fraud controls, and capital structure support. Builds and manages partnership, federal, state, local, sales and use, property, and international tax processes. Oversees advisors, audits, compliance calendars, tax planning, and automation while partnering with the CFO and operational leaders.

Owns end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns and initiatives across brand, digital, creative, PR, social, and influencer teams. Maintains Asana project plans, integrated calendars, timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, approvals, dashboards, and post-mortems. Coordinates agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, identifies risks and resource gaps, manages marketing intake, and ensures campaigns launch on time and on budget.

Provides administrative, legal research, document management, contract coordination, deadline tracking, inbox triage, and project oversight for an in-house legal team. Supports contracts, real estate, employment law, compliance, investigations, disputes, litigation, transactions, and communications with external counsel. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, confidentiality, follow-through, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-signature platforms.
