Processes health insurance enrollment, termination, and cancellation requests; investigates discrepancies and missing information; contacts consumers; documents activity in Zendesk or similar systems; coordinates with internal teams; escalates complex issues; and identifies recurring process gaps. The role requires accuracy, discretion, sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume, fully remote environment.

Own lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, push, and content cards. Plan, build (copy, HTML, designs), QA, execute, analyze A/B tests, report performance, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and HIPAA. Maintain campaign assets, calendars, and documentation while partnering with brand and external teams.

Manage and grow enterprise Medicare and health‑insurance BPO client relationships. Serve as primary client liaison, ensure operational and contractual KPI delivery, lead business reviews, drive performance improvements, manage financials and account expansion, oversee scaling and compliance with CMS/Medicare rules, and deliver data‑driven insights and reporting.
