Lead go-to-market planning and execution for North America, managing a marketing team to develop integrated brand campaigns, execute CRM initiatives, analyze performance, run test-and-learn programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive traffic, sales, and profitability.

Lead and evolve a brands visual identity across campaigns, product launches, e-commerce, social, retail, paid media, and print. Translate briefs into visual concepts, art direct photo/video shoots, manage external vendors and junior creatives, oversee production to delivery, and present work to senior stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency.
