Lead and own sales across the United States and Canada: set strategy, grow revenue, manage and develop regional sales teams, optimize pipeline and processes, deliver forecasting and KPIs, enable cross-sell, train staff, and strengthen customer relationships.

Contract ISO 17025 Lead Auditor delivering consultancy and audits for laboratory management systems. Prepare and present assessment reports, recommend corrective actions, maintain client records, and stay current with ISO 17025 and lab best practices. Work remotely with occasional on-site client visits on a self-employed/contract basis.

Provide FDA regulatory guidance and support submissions, develop and audit QMS aligned with ISO 13485 and ISO 22716, conduct gap analyses and inspections readiness, author SOPs and technical documentation, advise on risk management, train teams, and liaise with regulators and stakeholders.
