Lead technical strategy and delivery for IRC's program-facing AI portfolio. Manage and grow an engineering and applied-AI team, design and ship agentic systems, predictive analytics, and diagnostics for low-resource settings, oversee Azure-based high-availability architecture, DevOps/CI-CD, security and cost optimization, and partner closely with program leaders and frontier AI organizations to scale responsible, safe AI solutions.

Lead end-to-end deployment and adaptation of LLM-based systems in humanitarian program contexts. Configure prompts, workflows, and integrations; test and red-team for safety; collect user feedback; train field teams; iterate on deployments; translate field insights into product improvements and reusable deployment frameworks to scale impact.

Serve as strategic HR business partner to HQ departments, advising on performance management, employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and HR policy. Lead sensitive investigations, coach leaders, implement HR solutions, and collaborate with global P&C teams to advance people strategy and continuous improvement.

Support case management for asylum seekers in NYC by assisting with group orientations, referral research, client enrollment, maintaining client records across platforms, administering satisfaction surveys, and supporting program operations and resource development.

Support immigration staff and attorneys by drafting applications (e.g., adjustment of status, citizenship, pro-se asylum), communicating with clients, maintaining up-to-date client files, and performing clerical and administrative tasks while learning U.S. immigration law and case management.
