Leads IRC’s global compensation, benefits, and mobility strategy across U.S. and international operations. Oversees pay architecture, salary planning, benefits design, global mobility policies, Workday job mapping, compliance, and program administration. Advises senior leaders, manages vendors and external partners, mentors three direct reports, and drives equitable, scalable people programs. The role also leads responsible adoption of AI tools and requires strong collaboration across countries, cultures, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.

Designs and delivers instructional content for Switchboard’s online training, self-paced courses, webinars, communities of practice, and learning resources. Provides instructional design guidance, produces webinars and meetings, researches innovative learning practices, maintains existing resources, and promotes continuous improvement. Contributes to needs assessments, evaluates participant feedback, supports monitoring and evaluation reporting, and manages complex projects with strict timelines. The role is remote with up to 20% domestic travel.

Manages pedagogical content quality assurance, testing, troubleshooting, and development for digital and AI-enhanced teacher-support programs. Reviews chatbot outputs and course flows, maintains QA documentation, analyzes engagement signals, develops evidence-based and culturally appropriate educational content, and supports localization, evaluation, knowledge products, and partner briefings across humanitarian education initiatives.
