Supports humanitarian education research projects through quantitative and qualitative data cleaning, management, analysis, and quality assurance. Assists with implementation research and randomized controlled trials, synthesizes findings, and drafts reports, briefs, and blog posts for practitioner and policy audiences. Collaborates with education, research, and R&D teams while managing competing priorities in a remote, international environment.

Support the Development Team with storytelling, donor communications, prospecting, grant tracking, event support, fundraising analytics, and administrative tasks to help grow private fundraising and donor engagement for IRC NYNJ.

Provide legal and administrative support to unaccompanied children: participate in client meetings, prepare applications and filings, research immigration and country conditions, assist with NY family court preparation, complete trainings, and coordinate referrals to other IRC services.
