Manages and grows relationships with Travel Leaders Network member agencies across a multi-state territory. Develops supplier sales and product utilization plans, visits agencies and events, presents member benefits, identifies growth opportunities, tracks territory performance, coordinates internal support, and reports activities in Salesforce. The role requires at least five years of sales or marketing experience or a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, account retention experience, and travel up to 35%.

Leads a corporate travel agent team, providing coaching, performance feedback, scheduling coordination, and HR support. Monitors service quality, productivity, expenses, overtime, payouts, and process improvement initiatives. Partners with workforce management, account management, service delivery, and internal departments to resolve operational issues, support client satisfaction and retention, and achieve departmental goals.
