Embed with business teams to understand workflows, rapidly build and ship internal tools, integrations, APIs, and AI-powered features. Develop production software across frontend and backend systems, integrate LLM automation, translate ambiguous problems into technical solutions, gather user feedback, and document durable solutions. The role requires strong communication, end-to-end application delivery, SQL and API knowledge, and 0–2 years of software engineering experience.

Supports an AI operations platform by documenting business workflows, testing and QAing AI protocols, triaging bugs, prototyping tools and integrations, maintaining documentation, conducting research, and completing frontend, backend, and API development tasks. The intern collaborates with engineers and business teams while building production solutions using programming languages, databases, APIs, and AI/LLM platforms.

Lead the creation and growth of a new industrial bottleneck intelligence company from validated concept through scale. Responsibilities include setting strategy and vision, developing go-to-market and operating models, recruiting the team, raising institutional capital, commercializing intelligence products, and scaling the venture with Interplay’s back-office support.
