Serve as the clinical point of contact across the product portfolio: triage and resolve clinical issues, support customer engagements, validate fixes/releases, translate clinical workflow friction into product improvements, and use SQL/BI/AI tools to surface clinical trends.

Lead product management for Interra Health's core platform, setting strategy for healthcare data flows, FHIR interoperability, informatics, and multi-year roadmaps. Build and develop the PM team, drive cross-functional execution, make final tradeoff decisions, maintain market and customer intelligence, enable go-to-market launches, and encourage rigorous, AI-enabled product practices focused on measurable customer and business outcomes.

Own backlog strategy and prioritization, lead sprint planning and delivery forecasting, write complex user stories, manage dependencies and risks, drive release planning and cross-team coordination, facilitate agile ceremonies, and partner with engineering to ensure high-quality delivery. Use delivery metrics and AI tools to improve processes and inform product decisions.
