Lead RFPs, bid analysis, contract negotiations, awards, amendments, claims, warranties, and performance monitoring. Coordinate Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal stakeholders while managing timelines and commercial deliverables. Build supplier and EPC relationships, resolve commercial and supply chain challenges, and present quantitative recommendations to executives.

Own high-value equipment supply and EPC transactions for utility-scale power and data center projects. Lead RFPs, bid analysis, contract negotiations, supplier relationships, amendments, warranties, claims, and commercial risk allocation. Coordinate Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal stakeholders to deliver bankable contracts. Present quantitative analyses and recommendations to executives while securing equipment capacity, competitive terms, and schedule alignment across solar, BESS, wind, gas generation, and high-voltage projects.
