Serve as an HR consultant and strategic partner to Staff Directors and staff, providing employee relations guidance, compliance, investigations, performance management, recruitment or compensation support, and HR policy interpretation. Partner with the HR team to develop policies, coach HR staff, support workforce planning, and participate in cross-functional projects. Support ministry objectives, raise financial support, and travel for required conferences.

Drive sales and manage a portfolio of academic and special market accounts for InterVarsity Press. Prospect and nurture leads, guide business through the sales process, sell frontlist/backlist titles, collaborate with marketing and editorial, attend conferences and account visits, and consult sales data to inform strategy. Maintain strong product knowledge and relationships while representing IVP at events.

Manage the full data quality lifecycle for constituent records in Salesforce: deduplication, merges, data appends/enrichment, imports/exports, vendor management, audits, governance, reporting, staff training, and supervise a team focused on CRM data hygiene to support nonprofit fundraising operations.
