Senior Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing major strategic partner relationships across broker-dealer, RIA, custodian, and fintech firms. Leads client strategies, business plans, product placement, sales and marketing initiatives, negotiations, and cross-functional team alignment to achieve partnership sales objectives. Requires strong financial services expertise, communication, relationship management, sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Analyzes and administers base pay and incentive programs, conducts job evaluations and compensation benchmarking, supports investment compensation processes, and provides data-driven guidance on offers, promotions, retention, and pay adjustments. Partners with HR, Finance, and investment leaders, supports audits and reporting, monitors regulatory trends, and uses compensation platforms to generate insights.
