Build and manage InvestCloud’s commercial transfer agent network for the Altic private markets platform. Lead the identification, prioritization, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding of custodian partners for the Altic private markets network. Own long-term commercial and operational relationships, manage performance and renewals, coordinate Legal, Product, and Engineering handoffs, and represent custodian requirements in roadmap and commercial decisions. Use AI-native research tools for market scanning, pipeline scoring, and due diligence.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and manage daily NYC office operations. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, expense reporting, vendor and facility management, event coordination, onboarding support, budget tracking, contract negotiation, and maintaining office safety, records, and reception duties to ensure a professional, efficient workplace.
