Lead IonQ’s global media relations strategy, securing top-tier business, financial, technology, and scientific coverage. Translate complex quantum technologies into compelling narratives, coach executives and technical experts, oversee agencies, create media materials and messaging, manage crisis communications, and align external communications with legal, compliance, investor relations, and government affairs teams. Monitor media sentiment and industry trends to strengthen reputation, thought leadership, and market positioning.

Administer and maintain IonQ's Salesforce Government Cloud org for federal sales: govern access and compliance, build declarative enhancements, manage data quality and releases, support Salesforce Shield controls and audits, produce reports/dashboards, triage federal requests, lead UAT, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

Coordinates interviews across time zones, maintains candidate records, supports recruiting events and internship programs, communicates with candidates and hiring teams, and assists with recruiting reports and projects. The role also uses AI tools to improve communications, feedback summaries, scheduling, and recruiting workflows.
