Leads Ipsen’s Northeast Rare Disease commercial field force, managing eight Clinical Science Specialists and driving growth for Bylvay and IQVIRO. Develops regional business plans, executes national sales strategies, coaches and evaluates team members, builds relationships with healthcare providers and thought leaders, and partners cross-functionally on access, reimbursement, patient support, medical affairs, and analytics. The role also oversees compliant promotional programs, communicates market intelligence, and delivers business updates to senior leadership.

Field-based commercial role responsible for executing regional thought leader engagement strategy for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio. Builds relationships with key and emerging thought leaders, generates market insights, drives compliant advocacy, and leads advisory boards, consulting engagements, congress activities, peer-to-peer programs, and professional society engagement. Serves as a cross-functional liaison among Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Value & Access teams while supporting residency and fellowship engagement, Centers of Excellence, and regional brand strategy across the Northeast.

Lead value and access marketing and strategy for the Neuroscience business unit, developing payer value propositions, launch planning, V&A marketing materials, agency and budget management, and enterprise-level V&A communications. Serve as V&A representative on brand teams and business leadership, guide strategic priorities, manage promotional review processes, and steward cross-functional alignment to drive sustained brand growth.
