Teams at Ipsen

The Thought Leader Liaison is responsible for engaging with Key Opinion Leaders, driving brand awareness, and supporting marketing initiatives in Rare Disease, particularly Hepatology and Gastroenterology. This includes leading congress activities, strategic partnerships, and market insight communication.

Lead development and execution of access strategies for institutional and federal customers (IDNs, health systems, VA, DoD). Manage and coach a team of Corporate Account Directors, influence formulary and contracting decisions, partner cross-functionally (Value & Access, Reimbursement, Medical, Brand), and use analytics to optimize coverage, utilization, and contract performance to ensure long-term access for Ipsen's U.S. portfolio.

Lead strategic engagement and business development with national payers/PBMs/IDNs to secure access and reimbursement. Negotiate contracts, manage payer relationships, monitor contract performance, and align cross-functionally with Value & Access, Sales, Marketing, HEOR, and Medical Affairs. Use data-driven insights and payer-facing materials to support value propositions, inform strategy, and ensure favorable formulary positioning and patient access.
