Oversees deliverables across multiple funds, interprets limited partnership agreements, responds to client needs, trains junior staff, and drives process improvements.

Supports private equity and hedge fund clients by preparing and reviewing journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, waterfall models, financial reporting, allocations, and compliance tasks. The role also manages audits and year-end processes, supports onboarding, collaborates with internal teams, and improves operational efficiency while maintaining strong client service and accuracy.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for management company entities aligned with private equity clients. Oversee monthly close, AP/AR, expense allocations, US GAAP compliance, auditor and tax advisor liaison, cash reconciliations, onboarding support, and process/control improvements while managing and developing accounting teams.

Manage client relationships for multiple private equity funds, oversee fund operations and financial reporting, review journal entries, capital calls, distributions and IRR, manage audits and tax requests, train junior staff, and drive process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Lead business development for international fund services by advising U.S. clients on European fund structures and regulation, driving upsell/cross-sell revenue, building feeder networks, supporting sales pitches as subject-matter expert, shaping go-to-market strategy, and meeting defined sales targets.

Lead business development efforts to win and expand prospect relationships in financial services and private equity. Build executive-level engagement, craft prospect-specific value propositions, coordinate cross-functional proposal and presentation teams, monitor market and competitor trends, provide product feedback, and maintain prospect activity in the CRM to drive long-term client retention and growth.
