Manage accounting and financial reporting for management company entities within private equity, including financial statements, month‑end close, AP/AR, expense allocations, regulatory reporting, auditor/tax liaison, cash reconciliations, onboarding support, and development of financial controls and process improvements.

The Managing Director leads client relationships, oversees financial accounting services, manages audits and tax filings, and mentors teams to ensure operational efficiency and client growth.

Lead private equity fund administration across multiple funds: manage client relationships, oversee financial reporting and investor communications, review complex fund calculations (journal entries, capital calls, distributions, IRR), manage audits and tax requests, train junior staff, and drive process and operational improvements.
