Validate fit, design and configure contracting workflows, templates, and integrations, lead demos and workshops, advise on responsible AI integration, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and long-term platform ownership.

Partner with account teams to design, configure, and implement contracting workflows in Ironclad. Advise on AI-driven contract automation, validate solution fit, lead demos and workshops, and drive customer adoption while collaborating cross-functionally and feeding product insights back to the Product team.

The Staff Data Scientist will work with product teams to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, design experiments, and create reporting dashboards to enhance contract management workflows.

Lead and grow the engineering team building Jurist, Ironclad's AI-native contract review product. Define technical vision, own full‑stack architecture (UI and backend), ensure reliability and model quality through evals and instrumentation, and partner with product, design, and domain experts to deliver explainable, trustworthy AI features. Balance hands‑on engineering (80%) with people leadership (20%).

Own product strategy and execution for growth and PLG/PLS at Ironclad. Drive acquisition, activation, onboarding, conversion, expansion, and monetization through pricing, packaging, experimentation, AI-driven engagement, and improved time-to-value. Lead cross-functional alignment, define metrics, run experiments, and launch growth capabilities to convert product engagement into enterprise adoption and retention.

Own the Contract Understanding Platform to deliver accurate extraction and connected contract representations. Set roadmap and OKRs, define APIs and schemas, improve extraction quality, build evaluation and feedback loops, work cross-functionally with engineering, applied science, design, data, legal, security, and GTM, and translate customer workflows into platform capabilities.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with various teams to design and ship impactful features, mentor teammates, and improve technical architecture.

The Enterprise Architect will advise on technical and business architectures, engaging customers and driving value through solutions while collaborating with internal teams.
