The Senior Manager will drive the strategic vision and operational excellence of the EDGE network, manage budgets, oversee events, and build stakeholder relationships to enhance community impact.

Lead regional fundraising strategy and major gifts efforts, manage high-capacity donor portfolio, cultivate and solicit five- to seven-figure gifts, oversee events and stewardship, maintain CRM and fundraising analytics, partner with regional leadership and volunteers to meet revenue goals.
