Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS) is an affordable-housing organization serving seven counties in Central New York. It develops affordable rental and for-sale homes and provides lending, homebuyer counseling, and home-repair support. Its mission is to help low- and moderate-income residents obtain and remain in quality housing they can afford, while fostering communities grounded in diversity, equity, and sustainability in ways that produce lasting outcomes.
