Designs, implements, administers, and troubleshoots Cisco enterprise networks, including routing, switching, IOS, FMC/FTD firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and security policies. Diagnoses complex multi-layer network issues, supports enterprise firewall and wireless environments, and maintains network documentation. Preferred experience includes Cisco SD-WAN, ASA firewalls, wireless LAN controllers, and WLAN security. The role also requires effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
