The Business Unit Director leads a global customer business unit, managing P&L, customer relationships, and driving growth in connected living and digital commerce solutions.

Lead end-to-end electrical and power integration for rack-scale high-performance computing systems. Design and validate medium/low-voltage rack power architectures, PDUs, UPS, and busbar systems, build power budgets, perform failure analysis (FMEA), define factory test strategies, ensure compliance with electrical and data‑center standards, manage vendor relationships, mentor engineers, and support customer engagements and site deployments.

Lead procurement and supply-chain consulting engagements—managing workstreams for assessments, strategic sourcing, category management, RFx, supplier selection, negotiations, analytics, and client relationships. Supervise teams, support business development, build internal practice capabilities, and drive cost-reduction and operational improvement initiatives.
