Leads principal and major gift fundraising for The Jackson Laboratory in the New York area. Builds and manages high-capacity donor portfolios, cultivates six- and seven-figure opportunities, develops new prospects, and represents the organization across philanthropic, investment, life sciences, healthcare, and business networks. Partners with executives and scientists to create compelling funding opportunities, while managing and coaching Advancement team members and driving fundraising performance.

Directs a portfolio of biomedical research projects from initiation through completion. Oversees project planning, budgets, resources, timelines, compliance, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. Leads and mentors researchers and project managers while contributing to research strategy and ensuring projects achieve organizational objectives and meaningful outcomes.
