Leads firmwide infrastructure strategy, engineering, cloud services, network and data center operations across more than 60 locations. Oversees Microsoft cloud platforms, cybersecurity controls, reliability, disaster recovery, modernization, vendors, budgets, service metrics, and managed service providers. Partners with executive, legal, business, and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, scalable technology services while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Builds multi-year roadmaps, leads infrastructure teams, supports office expansions, and drives operational excellence.

The Knowledge Management Attorney develops and maintains legal knowledge resources, including model documents, playbooks, research tools, and practice guidance. The role supports attorney training, legal updates, thought leadership, business development, and knowledge sharing across labor and employment practices. It also partners with innovation and technology teams on document automation, artificial intelligence, legal technology, process improvement, and knowledge systems. The attorney must be licensed, possess strong labor and employment law experience, and demonstrate excellent research, writing, collaboration, and project management skills.

Owns the administration, integration, security, monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of enterprise and legal technology applications. The role supports platforms including NetDocuments, Litera, Intapp, and Microsoft 365; manages implementations, upgrades, patches, vendors, and application security; develops automation; resolves complex integration issues; maintains documentation; and improves application reliability, availability, and user experience.
