Summer Associates gain practical experience in employment law by researching legal issues, analyzing cases, assisting with litigation, drafting memoranda and court filings, and tracking employment law developments. They prepare summaries and articles on new legislation while becoming familiar with the Firm’s employment law practice. Candidates must demonstrate strong academics, writing, attention to detail, and interest in employment law, and be enrolled as 2L students at an ABA-accredited law school for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Leads enterprise business analysis across technology implementations, process transformation, operational improvements, data initiatives, and strategic programs. Gathers and manages requirements, maps workflows, develops project artifacts, evaluates solutions, supports testing, and analyzes operational metrics. Partners with project managers, technology teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, resolve priorities, drive decisions, and improve business analysis standards, automation, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.

Leads complex, cross-functional enterprise programs and strategic initiatives from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include portfolio intake and prioritization, governance, executive reporting, risk and dependency management, resource and budget planning, organizational change, and stakeholder alignment. The role advises senior leaders, coordinates multiple business functions, improves PMO practices, and mentors project and program managers while ensuring initiatives deliver measurable enterprise value.
