Manages the full lifecycle of supply chain and service contracts, including sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, legal reviews, onboarding, compliance, renewals, and performance tracking. Partners with Operations, Finance, Legal, Production, and vendors to improve costs, service quality, billing accuracy, risk management, and operational efficiency. Maintains contract records, supplier metrics, and renewal schedules while driving corrective actions and process improvements.

Leads the IT strategy and organization for Jacuzzi Bath, building a scalable shared-services model across manufacturing and remodeling operations. Oversees IT teams, enterprise systems, ERP and CRM implementations, service management, cybersecurity, data governance, process automation, budgets, vendors, and continuous improvement. Partners with executive and functional leaders to deliver reliable technology, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

Manage channel marketing programs, dealer initiatives, marketplace operations, loyalty programs, and cross-functional projects across Jacuzzi Group brands. Analyze KPIs and program data, maintain dashboards, support sales enablement, coordinate vendors, manage invoices and budgets, and provide data-driven recommendations. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, dealers, and vendors to improve program adoption and effectiveness.
