Build and maintain JamLoop's web UI and APIs using Next.js and React. Implement database-backed features with PostgreSQL, style interfaces with Tailwind, use GitHub for VCS, and deploy on AWS. Collaborate cross-functionally, follow company policies, and contribute to a high-quality, customer-focused product. Remote-first role with occasional in-person team events.

Manage a 4–6 person scrum team building and operating AWS-based, high-volume low-latency bidder systems. Own cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, observability, incident response, deployment safety, and performance improvements while coaching engineers, prioritizing work, and partnering with product and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable production services.

The role involves owning and evolving Django API routes, building backend systems, improving system performance and reliability, and collaborating cross-functionally to support internal tools and workflows.
