Leads electrical design for tenant fit-outs, base-building projects, and infrastructure upgrades. Develops design criteria, basis-of-design documents, contract drawings, schedules, riser diagrams, and specifications. Reviews shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, site implementation, and punch lists. Coordinates with other trades, supports project scheduling, and holds team members accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
