Perform and manage testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) for commercial HVAC and water systems. Field-verify and troubleshoot air/water systems, prepare pre-TAB documents and final TAB reports, communicate with project teams, assist and train technicians, and ensure on-site delivery of TAB services with company equipment.

Support project accounting by preparing and processing client invoices, entering budgets and contract values, tracking project costs (labor, expenses, subcontractors), maintaining job cost reports, monitoring accounts receivable, supporting month-end close and reconciliations, assisting with change orders and system updates, and working with Project Managers and senior accounting staff to ensure accurate billing and cost coding.

Lead electrical design for tenant fit-outs and base-building/infrastructure upgrades, produce contract documents, design criteria, riser diagrams and specifications; review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, perform site visits, manage project schedules, and mentor team members to ensure timely deliverables.
