The Chief Information Officer will lead enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, systems integration, cybersecurity, data and business intelligence, and IT operations. The role oversees ERP, warehouse, logistics, inventory, cloud, and reporting platforms while managing budgets, vendors, compliance, change adoption, and process improvement. The CIO will also develop distributed IT teams through coaching, mentorship, succession planning, training, and leadership development initiatives.

Supports JASA’s marketing and communications initiatives by creating print and digital materials, website content, videos, social media campaigns, and client storytelling. Maintains content calendars, updates website information, monitors analytics, supports media relations, trains staff on communications tools, and ensures consistent branding. Collaborates with program staff, PR consultants, and leadership to increase engagement and promote services for older New Yorkers. The hybrid role requires at least three office or field days weekly, occasional evening and weekend events, and travel throughout New York City and Long Island.

Represent JASA in Article 81 guardianship proceedings, Housing Court matters, NYCHA proceedings, and public benefits advocacy. Draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, advise staff on fiduciary and compliance obligations, review case files, and coordinate with courts, agencies, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams. The role requires travel throughout New York City and occasional extended hours while supporting vulnerable adults facing housing, healthcare, and benefits challenges.
