Teams at JDC (The Joint)

Coordinates global immersive programs by managing project teams, timelines, budgets, logistics, meetings, applications, participant communications, payments, reimbursements, and program materials. Supports educational programming and may staff international experiences. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, administrative, and project coordination skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asana. The hybrid New York role requires domestic and international travel for 1–3 weeks annually.

Leads business intelligence and analytics for fundraising, finance, and strategic decision-making. Develops Power BI dashboards, data models, KPIs, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions; integrates disparate data sources; validates data quality; and translates complex findings into actionable recommendations. The role partners with business and technical stakeholders, establishes reporting standards, supports self-service analytics adoption, and provides training and guidance to users.

Develops and facilitates educational programs, trainings, curricula, and learning resources for American Jewish educators and learners. Builds partnerships with educational organizations, represents the Task Force at professional gatherings, and strengthens the field’s understanding of Arab citizens of Israel and Jewish-Arab relations. The role also supports educational strategy, moderates complex conversations, tracks outreach, and collaborates across U.S. and Israeli teams.
