Own the operating model, annual budget, long-range plan, forecasts, variance analysis, and executive financial reporting. Build financial cases for new products, markets, channels, partnerships, and vendor spending. Evaluate unit economics, capital allocation, and build-buy-partner decisions while supporting corporate development and investor diligence. Partner with executives and functional leaders to turn financial analysis into business decisions and improve planning processes and systems.

Handle inbound insurance calls, understand customer needs, explain coverage and savings opportunities, build tailored policies across more than 55 carrier partners, and finalize coverage purchases. The role also involves addressing customer concerns, delivering empathetic service, and sharing customer feedback with the product team. Jerry provides paid P&C licensing, remote equipment, training, mentorship, benefits, and flexible full-time schedules.

Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, compliance, HR documentation, and employee support. Research employment laws, help develop policies, support engagement initiatives, collaborate with HR team members, and improve processes through automation and AI tools.
