Supports the Controller with transactional accounting, monthly billings, cash receipts, revenue analysis, general ledger close activities, budgeting, cost allocation, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance controls. Maintains accurate financial records under GAAP, analyzes accounting data, prepares management reports, and coordinates with airlines, tenants, and concessionaires. Requires airport security clearance and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Leads operational transformation, process improvement, data strategy, business intelligence, and performance management for airport Terminal 4 operations. Manages an analytics team delivering dashboards, reporting, forecasting, benchmarking, scenario analysis, and actionable recommendations. Partners with airlines, internal departments, vendors, and leadership to improve efficiency, passenger experience, on-time performance, and employee engagement. Establishes KPIs, contingency plans, analytical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.

Lead data engineering and data science efforts: build and operationalize ML models, design and maintain data pipelines and governance, ensure data quality, partner with IT/vendors and business leaders, and define the organizations data roadmap and documentation.
