Lead a regional occupancy planning team to develop strategic campus and space plans using data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and scenario modeling. Build AI-powered research platforms and agents, integrating LLMs, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and production-grade APIs. Develop cloud-native microservices, reusable tooling, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and observability systems. Review and validate AI-generated code for security, quality, and performance. Partner with Product and Research teams, translate workflows into technical solutions, participate in agile delivery, and mentor engineers on AI-augmented development practices.

Leads strategic account planning, client relationships, service delivery, revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Develops Voice of the Customer programs, resolves client issues, expands business, manages budgets, and identifies growth opportunities. The role also hires, coaches, and retains high-performing teams while ensuring account plans align with client objectives and company strategy.
