Lead enterprise data governance, stewardship, and data modeling teams to define and maintain a common data model, implement entity resolution and MDM at scale, drive adoption across business lines, upskill stewardship for AI readiness, and integrate governance into the Enterprise Data Platform to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Manage end-to-end development for assigned retail projects: coordinate with real estate, design, legal, and external consultants; oversee approvals and public hearings; develop cost estimates and schedules; manage vendors and contracts; transition projects to construction; review invoices and ensure multiple projects progress on time and budget.

Oversee operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a high-rise NYC office building. Supervise and mentor staff, manage CMMS (MAXIMO preferred), monitor BMS, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to alarms, ensure safety and compliance, and provide after-hours support as needed.
