Leads a national real estate project management account for a strategic client, overseeing teams delivering fit-outs, capital improvements, site improvements, and ground-up construction. Manages client relationships, project execution, vendors, staffing, financials, capital plans, risks, and service delivery. Drives account strategy, business growth, team development, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring projects meet contractual, financial, scheduling, and quality requirements.

Supports senior project managers and independently manages small, single-vendor projects. Responsibilities include project coordination, access requests, meeting documentation, space-plan and drawing requests, system tickets, purchase-order documentation, funding workflows, photography, project closeout, monthly controls, and PMWeb assignment audits. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, project-management knowledge, and experience with system implementation or optimization projects.

Provides executive oversight for $100M–$500M+ regional capital project portfolios, including ground-up developments and corporate real estate initiatives. Directs program execution, client governance, budgets, forecasting, risk mitigation, scheduling, contractor procurement, and escalation management. Leads regional project managers and delivery partners while standardizing project intake, design reviews, due diligence, and safety practices.
