Designs and manages complex HVAC equipment projects from sales turnover through execution and customer acceptance. Responsibilities include engineering submittals, equipment selection and verification, project scheduling, scope and change-order management, cost estimates, purchase orders, logistics coordination, documentation, and customer training. The role manages project P&L, customer satisfaction, technical and commercial compliance, and cross-functional execution for large projects, particularly in data center and other mission-critical environments.

Process and validate customer orders and booking materials, manage customer master and new customer creation in ERP, obtain required certificates, initiate legal and compliance reviews, handle change orders and dispute support, and coordinate with sellers and sales leaders to improve booking processes and metrics.

As Manager of Sales Incentives Planning & Quotas, oversee global methodologies and frameworks for quota-setting, collaborate with teams, develop planning tools, and enable regions for consistent execution.
