Manage and grow a portfolio of US merchant partnerships, negotiate commissions and cashback offers, develop new brand and affiliate relationships, analyze campaign performance, and present business reviews. The role also involves improving commercial processes, representing Joko at partner meetings and industry events, and sharing market insights with Product and Marketing teams.

Leads Joko’s US commercial function, defining strategy, growing merchant partnerships, expanding existing accounts, developing media revenue, and building the commercial team. Responsibilities include negotiating affiliate and advertising deals, managing pipelines and forecasts, setting performance goals, recruiting and developing employees, and increasing the company’s US market presence through industry relationships and events.
