Lead User Acceptance Testing for commerce payments, create credit card test data, test scripts and cases, support cross-functional testing (mobile/desktop), execute test plans, assist developers in resolving issues, manage defects, and provide testing support for large, technology-dependent programs.

Support AWM HR leadership by coordinating HR processes, meetings, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Manage cross-functional workstreams, prepare executive presentations and dashboards, track priorities and actions, assist with change/project management, logistics for meetings/offsites, and perform ad hoc analysis to support HR stakeholders.
