Leads firmwide strategic and transformational programs focused on data management, governance, risk, and AI readiness. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, coordinating Product and Technology teams, defining roadmaps, developing business cases, overseeing program governance, managing risks, establishing PMO capabilities, standardizing project processes, reporting to executives, and coaching team members.

Leads second-line compliance and operational risk oversight for Kinexys and CIB Payments. Assesses risks associated with new products, technologies, vendors, client onboarding, blockchain, and digital assets. Develops risk frameworks, monitors regulatory changes, supports controls and process improvements, and collaborates with Compliance, Legal, Product, Audit, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver compliant business outcomes.

Manage digital and physical design project portfolios from intake through delivery, including resourcing, capacity planning, milestones, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and issue management. Partner with design, product, engineering, and research teams to clarify scope, coordinate dependencies, improve processes, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The role requires strong project management, communication, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
