Supports compliance program initiatives, risk assessments, regulatory requirements, technology implementations, business continuity planning, process improvement, and executive committee updates across a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Lead the Underwriting Data Analyst team supporting pharmaceutical underwriting, pricing, sales, and client retention. Manage analysts, oversee data collection and quality, develop SQL, Python, and R infrastructure, create analyses and reporting, support pricing models, review analytical outputs, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Train team members, manage work queues, document processes, and provide subject-matter expertise on underwriting data and systems.

Supports pharmacy benefit data exchanges by developing and validating claims, eligibility, formulary, and network feeds; configuring connectivity; processing manual claims; and supporting historical data loads. Monitors data movement, investigates issues, performs reconciliations and audits, and collaborates with clients, integration partners, and internal teams. The role also contributes to process improvements, documentation, training, and compliance with PBM, regulatory, HIPAA, and data governance requirements.
